In 2026, Dumont Design & Construction was founded with a simple goal: to bring to life the homes and properties people dream about when what’s already on the market just doesn’t cut it.

We combine your vision with our industry connections, experience, and imagination to create something truly your own. Bring us your floor plan, your ideas, or even a Pinterest “Inspo” board and we’ll help turn those pieces into a cohesive plan for a property built around the way you want to live.

We specialize in rural multifamily properties, custom homes, family compounds, and creative residential projects that require a little more thought than the typical build. Whether you’re envisioning a private family homestead, a multigenerational property, or a unique investment, we can help navigate the design, site planning, landscape considerations, local regulations, and building requirements needed to bring it all together.

From concept and land acquisition through design, construction, and final move-in, our job is to manage the process from beginning to end.

Whether it’s your forever home or a future investment, we’re here to build something truly special.
