A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Noah grew up immersed in the housing industry. His grandfather was a builder, his grandmother was a real estate broker, and by the age of twelve he was spending summers on construction sites learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and treating people the right way. Those early experiences shaped his belief that a home is more than four walls—it's where families gather, dreams take root, and legacies are built.

Noah earned his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from the University of New Hampshire and spent several years operating a livestock business with his family. His background in agriculture, combined with hands-on construction experience and a deep appreciation for rural living, gives him a unique perspective that few brokers can offer. Whether evaluating a tract of land, discussing soils and site development, planning a homestead, or helping clients build from the ground up, Noah brings practical experience to every conversation.

In 2020, Noah became licensed in real estate and quickly discovered that his passion extended beyond helping people buy and sell homes. Today, he specializes in rural properties, farms, homesteads, land, and new construction throughout New Hampshire. Clients appreciate his ability to see the bigger picture—understanding not only the transaction itself, but the lifestyle and long-term vision behind it.

Outside of real estate, you'll likely find Noah fishing on a quiet lake, playing hockey, working on antique vehicles, or spending time outdoors with his Bernese Mountain Dogs, Maverick and Goose. He has a passion for classic trucks and enjoys restoring vintage iron, including his beloved 1978 Ford F-250. He is equally at home discussing livestock, construction plans, trout ponds, or the best places to watch the foliage change each fall.
